Dick & Morag and the Grampians

On Monday, we headed down from Helmsdale to Dufftown, where Morag and Dick have now been established for just one week!  Our first time in this part of Speyside, passing all the well-known distilleries - Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, Aberlour etc.

A lovely lunch and a tour of the small town, and we were off to Edinburgh to see Lynn and Sarah for a meal.  We went right down through the middle of the Grampians - past Tomintoul to Braemar, and down through Glenshee to Blairgowrie - what a lot of wild Scotland there is! Very barren and bleak a lot of it too ...

  1. No criticism intended but today 30th October, the whole span is still not completed. There are still two small gaps.
